On Saturday, February 3, the volleyball team of Sports School No. 1 from the municipality of Cahul was the host of an intense confrontation against the "Speranța" team from Chișinău, in the Moldovan Championship for girls born in 2009 and younger. The match, which lasted two hours full of intensity, ended with a victory for the guests, score 3:1.

Held at home, the match was marked by moments of tension and determination from both teams. However, the girls from Cahul missed their chance in the third set, having to accept defeat. The lack of experience in high-level matches was a deciding factor, but the team continues to develop and learn from each match.

The team's coach, Aliona Hariton, commented: "It is important to remember that defeats are part of the game and give us the opportunity to learn and grow. The existence of difficult moments strengthens our character and motivates us to continuously improve. We are determined let's continue to work hard and improve our skills in future competitions." Even after the defeat, the volleyball team from Cahul remains determined and full of hope for its future in the world of sports.
