Craft fair in the municipality of Cahul
Cahul Municipality hosted a colorful and traditional event on Palm Sunday, with a rich exhibition of authentic crafts.
Over 50 artisans from various regions of the country, such as Cahul, Gagauzia, Chisinau, Comrat and others, brought an amazing variety of handmade creations to Independence Square.
From handmade jewelry, scented candles and soaps, ingenious decorations and toys for the little ones, to traditional fabrics, shirts loaded with authentic symbols and colors, and useful household items such as drums, woven baskets and wooden tableware - each stand was a true universe of local crafts and traditions. The Mayor of Cahul, Mr. Nicolae Dandis, was present at the event and handed out participation diplomas and messages of gratitude to the organizers and participants for the effort and creativity they showed during this handicraft fair.
