In a proud triumph for the Republic of Moldova, the cheerleading team from Cahul won the bronze medal at the European Majorette Championship NBTA Europe 2023. The exceptional event took place from 5-8 October in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and brought together talented teams from all over Europe.

Cahuleni were proudly represented by the choreographic studio "Majorette Show" - Iuventa, which was in the center of attention on the European majorette scene. The competition was fierce, with participants from prestigious countries such as Belgium, Croatia, England, Czech Republic, Italy, France, and others.

The Republic of Moldova was represented with passion and determination by the Sports Federation of Majorette and Baton Twirling "FBTM Moldova", based in Cahul, under the guidance of the talented coach Rodica Panașescu and the choreographic studio "Majorette Show" - Iuventa. Their impressive results were not long in coming, placing 3rd in the Juvenile and Junior categories in the Traditional Pompons Corps section.

This notable success marks the second participation of the Cahuleni and the Republic of Moldova in the European Majorette Championship. With a Silver won the previous year, these talented and dedicated youngsters have shown that they are truly champions on the rise, ready to make their mark in the world of majorette at European level.

The team from Cahul not only brought glory to the Republic of Moldova, but also inspired the entire local community, showing that with passion and hard work, any dream can come true.
