In a proud triumph for the Republic of Moldova, the Cahul majorette team won the bronze medal at the NBTA Europe 2023 European Majorette Championship. The exceptional event took place from October 5-8 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and brought together talented teams from across Europe.

The people of Cahul were proudly represented by the choreographic studio "Majorette Show" - Iuventa, which was in the spotlight on the European majorette scene. The competition was fierce, with participants from prestigious countries, such as Belgium, Croatia, England, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, and others.

The Republic of Moldova was represented with passion and determination by the Majorette and Baton Twirling Sports Federation "FBTM Moldova", based in Cahul, under the guidance of the talented coach Rodica Panașescu and the choreographic studio "Majorette Show" - Iuventa. Their impressive results were not long in coming, achieving 3rd place in the Juvenile and Junior categories, within the Traditional Pompons Corps section.

This notable success marks the second participation of the Cahul and the Republic of Moldova in the European Majorette Championship. With a Silver medal won the previous year, these talented and dedicated young people have proven that they are truly rising champions, ready to leave their mark in the world of majorette at the European level.
