On the evening of March 1, at the "Nicolae Botgros" Palace of Culture in Cahul, the great spring show began, the "Mărțișor" International Music Festival - 2023, with the show "Let Spring Come with Mărțișoru-n Piept".

The following participated in the performance: Cahul Municipal Fanfare; The Vocal Ensemble of the Blind "Lăcrămioare"; Folklorist Viorel Burlacu; Soloists Neagu Tatiana and Ghețiu Elena, instrumentalist Radu Natalia of the Professional Ensemble of Folk Music and Dance "Izvorașul"; Conductor of the Cahul Municipal Philharmonic - Ilie Rotilă-Croitoru; Victoria Niculiță and Alina Carp - Leaders of the "Masca" Theater Studio; Leader of the Guitar Circle - Barsucov Valeriu, performer Vadim Beresteanu, Sports and Gala Dance Ensemble "Respect", recital Maia Zgherea; Laura Rosca - CC "Luceafărul"; Actors - Aurica Țurcanu and Tudor Andriuță of the "BPHasdeu" Theater in Cahul; Pedagogues Lilia Caminschi, Liviu Banaru and Tatiana Grăjdeanu of the "M.Cebotari" Music School in Cahul.
