In the evening of March 1, at the Palace of Culture "Nicolae Botgros" in Cahul, the great show of spring began, the International Music Festival "Mărțişor" - 2023, with the show "Let Spring Come with Mărțisoru-n Piept".

During the show, the following participated: Cahul Municipal Brass Band; The vocal ensemble of the blind "Lăcrămioare"; Folklorist Viorel Burlacu ; Soloists Neagu Tatiana and Ghețiu Elena, instrumentalist Radu Natalia of the professional folk music and dance ensemble "Izvorașul"; Conductor of the Cahul Municipal Philharmonic - Ilie Rotilă-Croitoru; Victoria Niculita and Alina Carp - Leader of the Theater Studio "Masca"; Leader of the Guitar Circle - Valeriu Barsucov, performer Vadim Beresteanu, "Respect" Sports and Gala Dance Ensemble, Maia Zgherea recital; Laura Rosca - CC "Luceafarul"; Actors - Aurica Țurcanu and Tudor Andriuță from the "BPHasdeu" Theater in Cahul; The pedagogues Lilia Caminschi, Liviu Banaru and Tatiana Grăjdanu of the "M.Cebotari" Music School in Cahul.
