On the third Sunday of May, we celebrate the Culture Worker's Day, and on this remarkable day, the collectives of the Palace of Culture inaugurate "Mândră-i Hora la Cahul" on May 19!
The event started with the Portului Popular Parade and continued with an impressive performance of folk music and dance, as well as an exhibition of handmade works, all held in Piata Horelor.
The public of Cahul and the guests of the city had an hour of celebration, enjoying together this beautiful tradition.
For 30 years now, we have maintained the custom of organizing the Feast Hora every Sunday, starting immediately after the Easter holidays and continuing until the City Temple of St. Archangels Michael and Gabriel.
