Maria Minciună is a talented housewife from Slobozia Mare, Cahul district. Tanti Mașa, as her locals and customers call her, has turned her passion for gastronomy into a business. The vegetable preserves, jams, sauces and liqueurs made by Tanti Mașa have won over the taste buds of visitors. In her pantry, there is a real explosion of flavors, from jams made from figs, acacia flowers, elderflowers, to jam made from cherry tomatoes and even berry liqueurs.
