Corbu Winery, builds on a rich heritage, passed down from father to son, of the secrets of turning grapes into wine and already of wine into stories and legends, this being the motto of the Corbu winery - "WINE WITH A STORY". Each drop of "Negru de Văleni" and "Alb de Văleni" is personally crafted with breath and soul by the winery's master-winemaker Ilie Știrbeț; with one goal, that of blurring the line between the mundane and the divine, the secrets of the Earth are always found in a glass of wine.
Because strong essences are only made in small quantities, the small family winery aims to produce no more than 10,000 bottles per year, after the wine rests in French oak barrels; precisely to offer only those who cross the threshold of Eco-Village Valeni an immersive wine experience like no other in Lunca Prutului.
