    The “SPARTAN” Sports Club is a fairly young club, but with many goals set for many years ahead. The idea to found the “SPARTAN” sports club has been around for a long time, but this fact was realized in 2014. The name of the club represents the athlete who practices Taekwon-Do and has Spartan qualities, which are: respect, sincerity, persistence, self-control and fearless spirit.

    The club was founded by current president Ivan Iliev.

    The "SPARTAN" sports club enjoys the support of several people outside the club who have always supported the club President and have esteemed and shared his values, which in turn will be passed on to the club members.

    The purpose of founding this club was and is to develop the martial art of Taekwon-Do, promote a healthy lifestyle and develop discipline among children. The "SPARTAN" sports club is recognized for the high quality of the training sessions it conducts with the club's athletes. Proof of the quality training sessions are the medals and diplomas that are obtained at various championships by the club's athletes. Currently, the Club holds over 1000 medals at national championships and several dozen medals at international championships and 2 gold medals at the 2013 Taekwon-Do World Championship,
    Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the World Cup in 2016.

    . At the moment, the club operates in the city of Cahul and in several villages in the Cahul district, but is constantly growing and expanding. In total, the club has approximately 200 athletes who practice the martial art of Taekwon-Do.

    The age of the club's athletes ranges from 5 to 50 years. All members enjoy quality training, exams, competitions, seminars, camps. The club has training groups for children in kindergarten, primary grades, as well as groups for ladies and young ladies, groups for men who are over 35 years old. The "SPARTAN" sports club is open to all those who want to learn the martial art of Taekwon-Do
